By signing in to or using ICTAM myCPD, you agree to these terms. The platform is for ICTAM members and ICTAM staff only. If you are not an ICTAM member or staff member, you are not permitted to access or use it.

Eligibility and accounts

Access is restricted to ICTAM members and ICTAM staff. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Accurate submissions

You must submit CPD activities, hours and evidence that are truthful and your own. False or misleading submissions may be rejected and may lead to disciplinary action under ICTAM regulations.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other members’ records or administrative functions without authorisation.
• Do not upload unlawful, malicious or unrelated content.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

Automated access and scanning

We do not permit any form of scanning behaviour or the use of automated tools to interact with the platform. This includes vulnerability or port scanners, bots, scrapers, crawlers and scripted requests or sign-in attempts. Such behaviour may be punishable under applicable laws, and ICTAM may block access and report it to the relevant authorities.

Review and certificates

CPD hours are credited only after review and approval by ICTAM. ICTAM may amend or withdraw approvals and certificates where errors or misrepresentation are found.

Availability

We aim to keep myCPD available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time.

Privacy

Your use of myCPD is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes

ICTAM may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
